The Horizon Centre is a layered residential complex built into a sloping urban edge. Horizontal concrete bands, timber screens, and planted terraces step across the facade, creating privacy without closing the building off from its surroundings. The project frames distant hills and neighboring heritage roofs, using gardens and shaded balconies to soften the transition between city density and domestic scale.
